Here is a gifted singer-songwriter. Trina T’s His Love Heals and Abide With Me provide a rich volume of original offerings. His Love Heals is particularly packed with outstanding lyrics and melody. “Inspiration," jointly written by  Fernando Westre and Trina, is a from-the-heart gem that genuinely represents the title. The narrative of “Love Doesn’t Hurt That Way” speaks powerfully to issues of pain and abuse. “Your Voice” is resonant and energetic.  “You Touch My Heart” is this reviewer’s favorite. Passionately delivered with rich intonation and voice control.
“And Pray” is a classic example of the lyrical power of the entire album--It must grieve God’s heart to see me fall apart instead of on my knees to pray. “Closer” is a tender inspirational outpouring. “Lead Us On” is another melodious cut that keeps the listener returning for more. It is noteworthy that the album ends with the sobering “A Finished Work,” a mission focused piece reminding the listener that there are issues in life that are larger than our pain: We have this dream, We want to see a finished work so Jesus can come
In Abide With Me, Trina T shares lead vocals with the burgeoning talent of her daughter Alina, and enlists her husband Abimael as background vocalist.  The title track “Abide With Me” is a beautiful rearrangement of the related hymn. “I Choose You” is a heartfelt, evangelistic piece and “Wash Me” Lord” is a refreshing Communion appeal. “Free Forever” is a climactic celebratory piece that looks forward to the end of all despair and life in the hereafter.
