This Fall On Me CD album holds messages for a variety of situations and moods.  There is rhythm and flavor for the contemporary as well as the more conservative. In fact, much of the album locates itself in the center. All can find a home here.
With gifted lead vocals and rich background support, Loren is here at his passionate best and connects as never before. The worshipful “I worship,” the uncomplicated and communicative “Peace,” the meditative “Surrender,” and the amazing “I Am,” are cuts that some sensitive critics need to hear. “I am the power to restore you, the crown that’s waiting for you.” Yes, “I Am” is an inspirational classic that other artists must not allow to die. It deserves to be sung again and again.
The praise offerings are not just empty repetitions. “To Your Name” resounds with “Praises go up and the blessings come down.” Contemporary Gospel groups will jump all over this winner. The same must be said for “Rain” with its disco- happy time sound. It’s alright to be “tried in the fire.” Let the rain come down. Glorious celebration.
“Renewed” is a catchy, foot tapping celebration of restoration, and the title track “Fall on Me”- (I want to be ready...I want to be worthy) deserves its priority billing.
“In A Little While” and “Fire Next Time” are definitely not rendered as hymns, but stay long enough to engulf yourself in the prophetic, message laden lyrics, and you will be escorted to the same place Fanny Crosby’s “Blessed Assurance”  carries you.
Here you can get more of Loren’s music.
