No Limits is a mixed seven voice group from South Africa, formed in 1995. Their a capella offerings range from decidedly ethnic to folk to light contemporary. The group seeks to specialize in originals, and have produced two albums, Whispers of Love and The Finest Way.
"Hamba Vangeli" in the first album typifies the trademark African penchant for vocal harmony. "Flat Tyre" in the second is an indicator of the universal influence of the Heritage Singers. The arrangement, apart from a sprinkling of rudimentary South African phrasing, reveals a western influence, and demonstrates the versatility and broad appeal of this promising group.
No Limits has already toured outside of the continent and are available for bookings. Another album is in planning. Check out this site.
